These terms apply to use of the Cool Side Computer Systems website, quotations, orders and technology services.

Product information

We aim to keep product information, images, specifications, stock and pricing accurate. Supplier information may change without notice and final availability is confirmed during order processing.

Pricing and VAT

Prices are shown in South African Rand and may include VAT where indicated. Formal quotes may have validity periods and are subject to stock availability.

Orders and payment

Orders are processed after payment confirmation or approved account arrangements. Secure payment options may include PayFast and other approved payment methods.

Delivery

Delivery is coordinated through multiple courier and fulfilment partners. Delivery times depend on location, supplier availability and order complexity.

Returns and warranty

Returns and warranty support are subject to product condition, supplier rules and applicable law. Customers must contact Cool Side before returning products.

Services

Professional services, consulting, installation, cloud support and AI services are scoped separately and may require written proposals or statements of work.

Limitation

Cool Side is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, couriers, force majeure events or incorrect customer information.
