Warranty & Returns
Cool Side Computer Systems manages product warranty and returns according to supplier warranty terms, product condition, the Consumer Protection Act where applicable, and reasonable ecommerce operating procedures.
Before returning a product
Please contact Cool Side first with your order number, product serial number where available, a description of the issue, photographs if relevant, and your preferred contact details.
Faulty or defective products
Products reported as faulty may need supplier or manufacturer assessment. Depending on the outcome and applicable law, the remedy may include repair, replacement, credit or refund.
Dead-on-arrival cases
If a product arrives damaged or not working, notify us as soon as possible so that we can begin the supplier/courier assessment process.
Software, licences and digital services
Activated licences, subscriptions, software keys, cloud services and digital services may not be returnable once provisioned or activated, unless required by law or supplier terms.
Courier and packaging requirements
Returned products should be packed securely with all accessories, manuals, packaging and proof of purchase where available.
