We may collect names, contact details, company details, billing and delivery addresses, order history, quote requests, support communication, account information and website usage data.
Lawful basis for processing
We process personal information for contract performance, quote preparation, legal obligations, legitimate business interests, fraud prevention, IT security, support, ecommerce operations and consent-based marketing or analytics where consent is provided.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, coordinate delivery, provide technical support, manage warranties, send transactional emails, improve services and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
Information is shared only where necessary with courier/logistics partners, PayFast, mobicred, cloud provisioning partners, IT service providers and lawful authorities. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Order and tax records are retained for statutory periods. Customer accounts, support and warranty records are retained for operational and legal purposes. Marketing preferences are retained until consent is withdrawn.
