PAIA Manual

The Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) gives effect to the constitutional right of access to information in South Africa. This page provides general access-to-information guidance for Cool Side Computer Systems.

Purpose of PAIA

PAIA enables individuals and organisations to request access to records held by public or private bodies where access is required or permitted by law.

Records that may be held

Cool Side may hold business records, customer enquiry records, order records, supplier correspondence, financial records, website records and operational documents.

How to request access

Submit a written request with your name, contact details, the record requested and the reason for requesting access where required. Requests can be sent to sales@coolside.co.za.

Protection of personal information

Requests involving personal information will be handled with due regard to privacy, confidentiality and applicable POPIA principles.
