Sales Head
Purpose: Lead revenue growth, sales strategy, pipeline development and partner-led market expansion for Cool Side Computer Systems.
- Develop and execute B2B and ecommerce sales strategy.
- Build sales pipeline across SMEs, schools and enterprise customers.
- Lead account planning, vendor campaigns and quote conversion.
- Track revenue, margin, customer acquisition and retention metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations and supplier partners.
Ideal profile: ICT sales leadership experience, strong commercial discipline, customer orientation and knowledge of hardware, software, cloud or connectivity markets.
Account Manager
Purpose: Manage customer relationships, support quotations, coordinate orders and grow accounts through trusted advisory selling.
- Manage SME, education and business customer accounts.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities across Microsoft, cybersecurity, devices, cloud and connectivity.
- Support customer onboarding and after-sales coordination.
- Maintain accurate CRM/customer records.
Ideal profile: Strong communication skills, customer care mindset, ICT product understanding and disciplined follow-up.
